At our house, we eat a ton of cilantro. In fact, I have tried and tried to grow it myself but we eat it so fast, that I always kill it. I have even had two plants, that way we can alternate which ones we pick off of while letting the other grow. But nope….we just inevitably eat more cilantro. Oh well, I have just decided to leave it to the professional farmers and enjoy someone else’s work.
Number one way we use our cilantro is in salsa.
4- medium tomatoes
1/2- bunch of cilantro
3/4 medium jalapeno
salt and pepper to taste
I dice it all up and mix. Super simple and we can’t get enough.
